Massacre

The recent theater massacre is a senseless slaughter. This of course is obvious. While watching Anderson Cooper, I found something he said moving and important. We as people remember the murderers, not the murdered. This is wrong. For that reason, I will not reveal the name of the murderer. He does not matter. He doesn't even deserve the small comfort of being in the deepest hole the world can offer. He doesn't even deserve to die. Because if Death acknowledges him, it is just giving into his sick wish of being in the limelight. He can just become, in Orwellian terms, an unperson. We should remember the victims.
